PRE-ORDER Frequently Asked Questions and Store Policy

What is a PRE-ORDER?

PRE-ORDER are items that are not currently in stock but we have on order with the manufacturer.  

When do I pay for my PRE-ORDER?

We collect a nominal non-refundable PRE-ORDER reservation fee at the time you place your order.  The remaining balance is due and will be automatically charged to your credit card when the order is ready to ship.

When will my PRE-ORDER ship?

We will ship your PRE-ORDER when all items are in stock.  Please refer to the collection/product page for an estimated ship date.  We try our best to communicate estimated ship dates as they are provided to us from the manufacturer.  Please remember these are estimates only and are subject to delay.  If we are unable to ship at the estimated date, we will do our best to provide you an update.

Combination Orders

We kindly request that you do not combine PRE-ORDER items with in stock items.   If you do, your entire order will be held and shipped together when the PRE-ORDER items arrived from the manufacturer.  

Cancellations

PRE-ORDERS can be cancelled prior to the final shipping however, the PRE-ORDER reservation fee is non-refundable.  

Shortages from the Manufacturer

In the event we do not receive our full order from the manufacturer, we will fulfill PRE-ORDERS in the order received.  If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund ASAP!
