Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped or we have made a mistake.   Once your order has been shipped, we assume no responsibility.  For lost or damaged items, please contact the carrier.

With that said, we want you to be happy with your purchase and if we make a mistake, we'll do everything we can to come to a satisfactory resolution.  Please contact us within 30 days of shipping to report any issues.

Due to copywrite laws, patterns and books are not returnable.

PRE-ORDERS are final sales. We do our best to provide accurate ship dates.  Please note that the ship dates are estimates from the manufacturer and unfortunately are out of our control.  We will do our best to keep you updated should there be any changes to the estimated dates.

Can I pick up my order or shop in person?

No, we are an online only shop.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship to the continental United States.

If you are from another country and interested in ordering from Olive Pearl Studios, drop us a note and let us know!  We are always looking for suggestions from the quilting/sewing community.

We ship from our studio in South Texas

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Most orders will ship within 24 hours.  If, for some reason, we are unable to ship in a timely manner, such as during a major sale or inclement weather, we will do our best to communicate any variances.  We use USPS Priority Mail, and general transit times are between 2-5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for orders $125 USD or more is free!

We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 for all other orders.

How will my order be shipped?

We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail.  If you have a special requirement, such as FedEx or UPS, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can provide a custom quote.
